lyrics

And that Chattahoochee water
           runs deep
Where the Moon taught her children
           how to weep
They say that since that day
           her youngest daughter
                       never ever sleeps

Governor Clay France

Governor Clay is a songwriter born in Alabama. His baptism by fire happened at the Columbia Tavern, a bar near the Denver railroad yards, in 1967.
